ADESA Fargo's Unique Facilities Reside on 30 Acres
ADESA Fargo is located in the Fargo, North Dakota suburb of
West Fargo. Our site is situated on Main Avenue (US Highway 10), a
primary east-west corridor through the metropolitan area.When we moved
to West Fargo in 1984, the original site included an office building with
two sale lanes and a DSI Automotive Products warehouse that also had
mechanical service bays, situated on about 15 acres. Over the years
several building projects and expansions took place. Three sale
lanes, expanded service departments and a 10,800 square foot
Reconditioning and Video Sale Auditorium building were added. About
30 acres of property are now utilized.
The main auction building shown on the left center includes our
offices, restaurant, snack bar, five sale lanes, mechanical and body
repair areas, plus DSI 's warehouse.
The Reconditioning and Video Sale Center are located on the east side
of the property (right side of overview photo). The reconditioning
department includes three "assembly line" production lanes. The
building also houses Insurance Auto Auction's offices along with their Video Sale Auditorium where Salvage Sales and
training seminars are held. There are also other offices and storage areas
in the structure.
Our vehicle storage areas are well lit and are protected by a perimeter
alarm system. A gate guard post controls access to and from the
storage lot.
We pride ourselves in keeping our buildings neat, clean and up-to-date.
We have invested heavily in the latest technologies. Our lanes
are all wired for Internet selling and include audio/video recording.
Each sale lane is computerized for selling on the block. All sale
operations are fully automated.
